A delicious breakfast by way of Vegan with a Vengeance. This is a bit more work in the morning than I'm used to preparing for breakfast. The typical morning is dry cereal with soy milk. This made for a good Sunday morning treat. Following the recommendations I added some broccolini I needed to use up with the mushrooms. Note the grapes as garnish.
